Look at ebay # 320035347280. $2900 Buy It Now and he'll ship it UPS Overnight? Another Nigerian scam?

Don't know about this particular one. But, I listed a want it now on Ebay (I HAVE bought a lot of stuff thru Ebay), received a reply from someone they had one, gave me a freeweb address. When I signed in to their given address, it appeared for all purposes I was redirected back to Ebay, so like a fool I signed in. It was just a method for that scammer to get my signin info and password. To Ebay's credit, they noticed suspicious activity on my account almost immediately, locked my account down, I had to change passwords AND my email address. Just be careful.

It looks like the Scam was discovered- it's gone. in reply to awhtx, 10-05-2006 13:08:05
I guess someone reported it to Ebay and they removed it. I e-mailed the seller and I haven't gotten a response.

Even worse. He hijacked the identity of a good ebay seller, then wants you to click on a link to do the transaction off ebay. You will never see the tractor, or see your money again.

Would you hijack someone's seller ID if he didn't have good feedback?
Email him that you are nearby and will meet him "with cash in hand" to buy the tractor. If they respond (which I doubt-scammers don't have tractors) then call the cops and have some nice gentleman from the Bunko Squad complete the deal.

The feedback is always a bunch of $5 items they buy to establish feedback. Ebay is absolutely lousy with these scams. Feedback doesn't mean squat. Look at what they bought, and from who.
