I have a 1964 4000, 4 cyl. gas, industrial with a Ford industrial loader. I can't find a number for the loader. The reservoir is the loader frame. It appears that you put the fluid into a tapered pipe thread plug behind the upper left rear pivot. There is no dipstick or a full level plug that I can see. Does anyone know how much I should put in and at what level to keep it?

On my 3500 with 735 Loader, it shows in the manual, the oil breather cap, which is the oil fill cap, on top of the left upright, and the oil level should be 13 1/2" down from the hole
of the fill cap hole. Make any sense?

If you need, I have a pic.

Well if its like most loaders it also has a breather up a little higher on it. If it does you fill it till you have oil at the pipe plug.
