I just saw this on the Austin, TX craigslist. Was this a factory option or is it something someone cobbled up?

No!, this was not a factory option. The rear wheels however could be OEM. The ford 2n, say 1942-44, did come with steel wheels because of the war. The rear rims would easily bolt onto the rear center disc of the Jubilee. The front wheels on this critter.... god only knows what they came off of. Certainly not the steel front wheel that would have been on the 2n. Hope this helps.

I don't have any idea where the front wheels came from, but the rears look like they're from a WW2 era 2N that came with steel wheels.

If all the parts are there like he says, it's worth the price in parts alone.

In our area we have many Mennonites, and is their
custom do not utilize rubber wheels, and as a consequence will remove them, and have custom steel wheels fabricated,as necessary, for instance
have seen new expensive John Deere lawn mowers
with steel wheels. Many times it is interestering
to visit an auction and see these tractors of all sizes with the steel wheels.
