..... so, he's all full of pi$s and vinegar, but no pics to look at. Unless he pictured another tractor... What I saw was a tractor appearing to be either a 2000 or 3000 based on it's axle configueration. It had the light utility, swept back front with DOUBLE drop arm steering, and no visible assistor rams. I've never seen or heard of a Ford with internal power assist on the double drop arm steering. Not saying it never was.... but I never heard of it. There was no power steering pump on the left front WHICH WAS THE STOCK DRIVE LOCATION from 1965-1991 (and beyond on some models). To top that, there is no place to drive a pump on the right hand side of those tractors. You couldn't physically mount any kind of a pump on that tractor to belt drive it. There isn't room. There's no place to the rear to drive it and maintain a live drive..... Sooo. We're back to this..... If it has power steering, it's not Ford OEM. Even if it was an industrial, the pump would still be mounted in the same place.... and it doesn't have an industrial front.... What I see is a plain jane 3000 with manual steering. Nothing wrong with that either. Why not just say so. The lack of pics (and listing for that matter) seems to indicate that mabey I'm not wrong..... but if I am, I'll be man enough to admit it when the evidence appears. Again I say, what I saw was not a 3000 with OEM power steering.... so it's either being misrepresented, or the seller doesn't know what it is. Indignation doesn't change my mind. BTW, Sound, I wasn't yelling at you; just highlighting my point... Rod
