Assume yours has the flange on the end of the lower arms,(loader frame arms) the bottom side of the rear axle has some thick steel placed vertically, and a pillow block under the axle, same thickness. The connection to the loader is a flange type, and on top of the rear axle is a heavy piece of angle, through bolted to the bottom pillow block ( what I call it ) if you are missing those mounting pieces, it probably is no big deal, as this set up on mine looks to be built at home, just measure up, fire up the welder, drill, and use thick material, bascially you are clamping off on the rear axle and creating a mounting flange at the face of that clamp for the loader to mount to as shown. That flange connection does transfer a load and forces, I have broke the original bolts in mine before, hit a bump with something heavy in the bucket, with the counter weight on the back, remember mine has the backhoe frame on the back, it is directly connected to the loader frame, also what my counter weight hangs off of.

thanks Bill i have the same brackets it has a big stud to line it up and then some slotted holes i think i'm on the right track thanks for the great picture. i just have to get the right engin pully on my old gal and i should have everything to get it going . You guys have been wonderful at getting me through all this. I learned how to post there is some pictures in the bits and pieces section one of the wagner loader i bought . I'll have some new and close up ones when my wife brings home the new cd JR
