Is their a website or telephone number that you can order Ford manuals and parts books from , that was like the original owners manuals? I know Case and Deere have theirs available. The neighbor is going to restore a 8N and would like to find some, thanks in advance.

You can order directly from the New Holland web site, see the link below. You are probably looking for P/N 40000230.

While poking around on the New Holland site, I discovered that the excellent hundred-series shop manual, P/N 40060090, is once again available for $71.70. Anyone who owns a hundred series (including the 4-cylinder 2000/4000 models) needs to have this manual. Seventy bucks may sound steep, but if you figure out the price per pound of pub, the factory manual comes out to be a bargain next to the IT version.

I believe they're available directly through newholland.com/na in the parts section. If not, then your nearest dealer can source them.
