Kind a of unique one there, wish I could help with those tags, to be honest, we never had one of those come in to the shop when we had a ford dealership, at least as I remember, those 4100's must not have had high production numbers, I recall the 4500, 5500, and others, which we sold new, would have loved to pick the brains of the 4 brothers that worked for us there, they spent a career on Ford's, excellent mechanics and sure did not mind my presence as a kid around the shop, was a lot of fun in those days. I know the deal with S-O-S's, kind of intimidating , seems strange that they put those in these tractors, same as the others correct 10 forward 2 reverse ? We had a 64 4000 which I spent a lot of hours on as a kid, maybe you can diagnose it before you decide to part it out, that could possibly have some collector value, those features you mentioned and the condition of things, hours are tough to confirm, and of course that S-O-S could be a money pit to fix, but you never know, possibly get a parts S-O-S trans somewhere. Interesting shots of that one, never really saw one of these up close, just miscellaneous photos here.
