Repo manifold issue

I posted awhile back without much response. I purchased one of the repo intake manifolds for my 900 series Ford tractor and during assembly discovered that the carberator mounting flange was 3/4 inch higher than the original, which causes the carb to be out of position, the air cleaner tube doesn"t line up correctly, the carb linkage doesn"t line up correctly, especially the choke rod, which is forced into a severe bow and won"t allow it to operate freely. I know why the manifold is off - they made it to fit more than one model likely. So I already had good money invested and I couldn"t return it at that point, and no telling if another manifold wouldn"t have the same issue. So I created phenolic carb spacer kit with a spacer, gasket, new longer carb studs and jam nuts. Here is the kit:
