Do you mean the metal cylindrical piece that is wapped in rubber and a second metal cylinder?

The one that is formally called an "insulator"?

The one that has Ford Part Number NCB6038A and it still available from your local New Hollad dealer for about $59.24 bucks?

Never heard of it. :-)

Ooooooh!

You're best bet is to call Tony Jacobs. I think he may have one. Is that part completely missing? or just broken. It can be welded by a competent welder.

That part is also the support for the front end adn the frame rails bolt to it. The hydrolic pump mounting plate is also attached to it by 2 studs (special) and 2 bolts. Be sure to get that mounting plate if you don't have one!
