I wanted to suggest also that you pull one of the round inspection covers off either side of the hydraulic housing. There are six bolts per cover that can be removed with an 11/16" wrench. This can be done without draining the hydraulic's oil. Look inside the housing to see if the rod running down from the lift arm lever to the bottom of the tractor (vertical) is intact, not broken or come lose. Also make sure the piston rod up top (just underneath the lift cover(seat)) did not come off. A pin in either component could of fallen out or in case of the piston rod the lift cover may have broken where the piston rod attaches resulting in your inability to raise your 3-point. Good luck again.

You may need to adjust the lift arm lever (lever used to raise or lower your 3-point). Under the seat where the lift arm lever assembly attaches to the lift cover are 4 bolts. Loosen these 4 bolts and push the lift arm lever assembly back slightly (toward the rear of the tractor) then try it. These bolt holes are slightly slotted for this adjustment. Hopefully it is just a simple adjustment like this. Good luck
