Tom- Wisconsin Tractor had the part in stock, just ordered it. NH didn't stock the part, but had a distributor for $400!
Thanks for that contact!!!
John- Thanks for the "secrets" that helped.

Dawes,

I have a 1973 Ford 2000 3 cylinder gas that had a bad vacuum advance diaphram. My local NH dealer said that it was no longer available. I eventually contacted All-States Ag Parts at asapagparts dot com. They apparently have a network of parts places that work together. They referred me to Wisconsin Tractor in Black Creek, WI at 877-530-2010. Mike Like at Wisconsin Tractor was very helpful. I had the part within a couple of days and installed it the day it arrived.

I don't remember the exact cost, but it was very reasonable.

Good luck finding one.

3-Cylinder? And, does #34 look like what you need?

C5NF12370A DIAPHRAGM Distributor Diaphragm Assy., Includes: Housing, Diaphragm, Couplers & Ref. 35, Start Year: 01/01/1965

Check with your NH dealer in the morning. I'll also check, and post what I find.

John in LA,

That is way cool! How do you actually access NH's parts availability like that? I have a parts manual, so I can find parts without much problem, but I don't know how to access NH's availability. I trust my local dealer, but I'd like to be able to check on availabilty during off-hours.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
