Gentlemen,

I bought this 5000 about 9 months ago and I need some help identifying the model of Ford loader.

Also this seems like a lot of loader for this tractor, is this on the upper end of a 5000's capacity?

Any help would be appreciated.

Dave

Looks a lot like a Ford 7210 I have on my 5000, but it does not have the cross bar in the line of sight, nor the bracketing which runs back to the axles. Mine mounts to a bracket in the middle of the tractor. Mine sits almost as high though, and is hard to see around. No doubt it is not a 7210, but very similar in design. The 7210 is almost too much loader for my tractor. i always remove it during the summer for baling, and it makes the tractor handle a whole lot better, and I can actually see what I am doing.

Tell me about it!

There's a cross bar that goes directly in fron t of my line of sight  ....I have to stand when plowing snow to see what the heck I'm doing.

Thanks for the responses so far guys.

This forum is a heck of a good place to share info and it's appreciated.

The loader's been painted over, but there looks to be a Ford Decal on the arms of the loader.
I've looked pretty good but I can't seem to find any type id tag. Any ideas about where one might be located?

i think its a ford loader off of an 8000 six cyl model but it has the front brackets like a ih 3000 series loader
