Thanks for everyones suggestions. And i tryed most of those but today i did noticed that somebody changed the sediment bowl but not the hollow bolt. Where the fuel line comes to the bolt the holes do not line up so I ground a light grove to let the gas in more freely and it seem to help. I used the tractor for a couple hours and nothing funny happened.
