I would like to find a center bolt for a oil filter for on a Jubilee. I can't find the part number and CNH says its out of production. I would like to keep the tractor origional and I'd like to find a used one. If anyone has one or knows of one, please let me know

I found the part number in one of my books. It's 66741. The official description is "Bolt & Valve Assembly - Oil Filter Center". Good luck in your search!

If you get jims rounded off bolt.. you can always weld or braze it up and then grind new flats on it. or weld a nut to it... the former, probable making it look the best.. etc.

I have one, but the hex part is in bad shape. The internal part is fine, but someone has rounded off most of the corners on the hex. Can't get a wrench on it. Have to use Vice-Grips or a pipe wrench to remove it. I'm replacing it with another used one I got from someone who did a spin on conversion as already suggested.

You're welcome to my old one for the cost of shipping (probably $2) if you can't find a better one.

Could the hex be slightly taken down with an angle grinder to fit maybe a smaller socket.??

Yeah, probably. But I'm not the kind of guy that has much success doing that and having it come out even....you know a perfect hex rather than some misshapen mass that's worse than what I started with.
