after running the tractor for a year or so the front shaft that ran the hydro pump went bad. Then we put a new shaft and coupler on the engine after a month the coupler rounded completly. My question is does anyone know anywhere I can find a factory one or a good aftermarket one?

Sounds like when you installed the new one you didn't make sure it lined up like it should. On my 841 I have to add/remove washers to keep it lined up just right if not it will eat its self fast. BTDT and learned fast that you have to have it straight or it will do just that

Andy; Your should be able to pick the coupler up at your local NH dealer or you can get one from this site. You'll need to make sure it is the right size and number of splines.

we got that coupler from a local place that specialize in antique fords but from the looks of it. The coupler must not have been harden right. But I thank you for your help and I will try this site. Thanks again Glen
