The long tierods for the 3000 series with PS are not just high priced they are rediculously expensive. Like about $200 per side.
You might consider buying the rear tierod ends for a non PS 3000 and weld them onto your tierods. About $17 each if I remember.
This is what I and others here have done with good results.
A little grinding and a little bondo and viola! they look and work like new.

I looked online, and at my parts manuals, and manuals on CD.. I can't actually find a listing for the power steering for a 3000.. only 3100 ( 3055 ) and up..

I'm way less familiar with the 3000 than many of the others around here... I'm not sure how they handled power steering on them.. not sure if they had it natively as a dealer option.. and the dealer.. say.. used a kit from a 3100.. etc.. or what.

Are you sure you actually have a 3000, and not an industrial like a 3400 / 3500.. or something similar. ( just asking? ).

I did take a look at all the various draglink ends front and rear for the manual 3000, vs the various PS kits.. plenty of them are different.. so looks like you will really need to know what you have in order to match up new parts.

Rick and Rod are real smart cookes here ( as well as many others... ) they may know right off hand what your delima is. I'm going to continue researching as well. Post your machine unit code anyway ...

thanks and good luck
