The power steering fluid has turned milky over time. Should I change this right away, or is it not that big of a deal. It works fine. No problems. Just a little worried.

Oil that turns milky color has water in it. Frankly, I don't know how water would get into the power steering, unless the reservoir cap was bad, since there is not that much open metal for the air to condense upon, unlike a transmission or rear end assembly. Maybe the power steering fluid has been there for a long time. I'd change it, as well as the filter, since water in any oil is no good and power steering generally doesn't get hot enough to burn off the water. My $.02
