I have been fixing up a 1961 Fordson Dexta. I have got it running and the hydraulics working. The left rear brake does not work do to oil getting on the brake shoes. How difficult is the fix and I heard something about apply heat from a torch? Any help would be apprecialted. Maybe I'll have to learn to make right turns only.

Its basically like changing the axle seal in a car. As I suggest to everyone spend 20 bucks for an IT manual for it. Or better yet, go to Ebay and get a factory one. It will save you a lot of grief in the long run.
