Since there are quite a number of seals in the hydraulic system, you need to specify where the seal is located.

There is only one seal in the hydraulic assembly

I do not understand. My parts manual shows 2 seals and 2 o-rings in the Lift Cover and Shaft Assembly, 5 seals and 3 o-rings in the Pump Assembly, and 4 seals and 11 o-rings in the Valve Assembly.

I do not understand. My manual Figure 189 shows only one SEAL. Evidently you cannot provide the part number.

Now I think I partly understand! I have the I&T FO-21 service manual which shows the hydraulic lift cover in figure 189. My manual shows #2 "Seal" for the lift arm shaft. The parts book shows part# E1ADKN-994925 for this part. It also shows an 0-ring between the seal and the bushing (#3). This 0-ring is not shown in the I&T manual and it is part# 87074-ES. The "Seal" (#17) on the piston is part# E27N-994693-B. Hope this helps.
