Anyone interested in an early 60's Dexta? The lights are in the grill, but I don"t know the year.

I would be willing to get the tractor as far as Cleveland, OH if you are in PA.

ruthce,
Could you email me any information you have about the tractor (does it run, PTO work, hydraulics, etc) A picture would be a big help also. What are you asking for the tractor? I could make it to Cleveland with a trailer if this is the right tractor.
Thanks for your help.

mf in pa,

Yes, it runs. It has the 3 cylinder perkins diesel. The PTO is functional and I just replaced the oil seal at the shaft. I do not know if the hydraulics work because I do not have any implements to hook to it. I have the lines. I have a Woods M5 dixie cutter that I just rebuilt (gear box and seals). I also have a back blade, 5 ft. I am selling it all as a package. I also have the four weights for the front bumper. They weigh about 50 lbs each. The only thing that I know of that is not original is the starter relay and the battery. I also removed the seat spring bracket because it is silly. I still have it. I do not have a picture right now. The tractor is still in Michigan in the process of being moved.
I am asking $4000.00 for the package.

Thanks,
Craig

Thanks for the info, Craig.
I am going to pass. Little rich for me, but I am sure you won't have trouble selling the tractor elsewhere. I always thought a Dexta would make a great hay raker. Someday I am going to find out!
Take care.
Matt

The tractor is in Lawton, MI. That is just southwest of Kalamazoo.
