Sitting Dexta, what should I watch for?

I know of a Dexta (3cylinder diesel) that's been sitting outside for some time. There's no Battery in it, so at least the acid hasn't been leaking all over. I would say this has sat for 5 years, maybe more. Grabbing the fan, I could get it to move a little, so it's not seized (yet). From what I know and have seen, I think the owner just no longer had a use for it, I believe it was running when parked. The tires are badly checked, as are the hoses, belts, etc. I'm hoping to talk him into selling it, I always liked these little tractors (my Grandfather had one I used to drive).

Can someone tell me what sort of things to look out for, example, is there an area on the block more subject to cracking? Even if the price is right, I'd still buy it, and then maybe part it out if there's a major problem somewhere, but, if possible, I'd like to get it running again.

What sort of prices could I expect to see one of these sell for these days?

Thanks,
Mark

I have my Uncle"s (running when parked) super dexta. It sat for about 3 years (Outside). I guess there must have been water in the diesel that seperated out because it turned out the injector pump and injectors were froze with rust. That was very expensive to have that injector pump and injectors rebuilt. Fuel tank was full of rust as well and had to be removed and boiled out. Other than that though it starts and runs now.
