Cosmetic changes in the sheet metal styling was hallmarked by the "Super Dexta" displayed in chrome horizontally across the radiator shell instead of vertically down the center line of the grille. Early Super Dexta's simply had a chrome "Fordson Super Dexta" emblem on each side of the hood. Other features including the Differential Lock, Positrol and Qualitrol on the 3 point hitch were added or improved in the Super Dexta. The Perkins Diesel engine develops surprising torque and horsepower, making the Super Dexta a 3 plow rated tractor. B.H.P.
