Caroline --

Another source for the "ladder" radiator sides is Rosewood Machine & Tool in Rosewood, Ohio, if you don't mind using reproduction parts (some Fordson F collectors I know insist on using only original parts -- I don't see what difference it makes, as long as the reproductions are identical to the originals).

The president of that company is a longtime Fordson F enthusiast and has restored quite a few tractors, including some of the earliest Model F tractors (and prototypes) ever manufactured. After having quite a few difficulties in finding replacement parts for his restorations, he decided to reconstruct the tooling to manufacture some of the more hard-to-find Fordson F parts (manifolds, early drawbar/radiator/fuel caps, etc.).

The website is http://www.rosewoodmachine.com. Parts are a bit pricey, but at least you won't have to hunt all over Creation to find these rare parts. I've pasted the page with your radiator sides below; hope it'll work for you.

Good luck to you, and be sure to post some pictures for us when you're done!

Hi, I am still trying to get parts for my 1919 American Fordson F tractor.(almost a year has passed with no luck!). I tried to order the "ladder" style radiator sides from Rosewood Machinery several times but had no luck at all. I didn"t get any replies to my emails and even tried phoning. I am also still on the lookout for front steel wheels as well.If anyone has any ideas as to where else i can try, please let me know. I am in the U.K. Thankyou! :-)

Glad to be of help. Please let us know what you think of the company after you receive the parts (quality of construction, customer service, etc.).

I haven't dealt with Rosewood yet, but am considering it. One problem I have with their website is that there are no photos to accompany the products offered. Being a thrifty old Yankee, I'm hesitant to spend top dollar for parts I haven't even seen yet. I wrote to the company and received a prompt reply stating that they were in the process of digitally photographing the parts and uploading them, but that was several months ago...

Good luck with your project!
