Super major questions

Ok guys I've got 3 questions to ask the experts.
First off I am working on my 64 super major.
Ok here goes: 1) I am adding oil to my simms (minimec) injector pump, and I have located the fill and drain plugs but cannot find the level plug (supposed to be the one in the middle) there is nothing there. How much oil should I put in this guy? Should I fill her up? Probably not, I do see a plug just barely above the drain plug, but its barely above it, and wouldn't hardly put any oil in the pump (maybe 1/4 inch)
2) Where can I buy the rubber replacement to the fiber coupler. I have quite a rattle and hear that the rubber version is a little better. Or is there something better out there?
3) My gauges are all messed up. I have 2, 1 for oil, temp, and something else and one for hours and rpm I think. Can you guys recommend a replacement gauge that will fit where the originals did? All I really need is oil pressure and temp.
As always I appreciate any feedback, and want to thank those out there who keep this board alive. I find the best answers in these boards, and what I learn I love to share with others.

Question 1. Yes that plug is the level. The governor only needs 1/3rd pint for lubrication. Use engine oil and change everytime you change the engine oil. It will fill with diesel and dilute the oil but this is normal.

Question 2. The only rubber coupling I have seen came from the truck version of this engine. It will fit but you will need engine drive end, pump drive and will have to reset the timing marks. Could be hard to get hold of. New fibre drives are available and, if kept tight, reduce the noise which was always part of the Major sound.

Question 3. You had a rev. counter and hour meter on the right and a temterature gauge, oil pressure light and dynamo warning light on the left. British supplier: Speedograph Richfield, search on Goggle. Good people to deal with but expensive.

Thanks Majorman,
I knew someone out there would have some good answers. Appreciated the feedback. Thats too bad about the rubber coupler, I thought it would be an easy swap. Oh well, I am just thankfull that I can still find parts.
