maj/sup maj differences

I have the chance to buy a late 50's,early 60's major,and I need to know if the body parts are the same as my 61 super major.parts like fenders,radius rods,hood,fuel tank etc.they look the same in pics.he said that his had 36 "rims where mine has 38".thanks for the help,cw

it may be a power major,the fuel tank are the same,i am new with the fordsons i never knew they made a power major.thanks alot,cw

You don"t give much information. Ther were many changes in the tractors between the years you mention. In general, none of the parts you mention would be the same as your 1961 Super unless it was a very late Power major when the fuel tank might be the same.
