Just been lurking around here, but had to ask: What are "cumbustion caps"? And exactly what do they do? Are they like injectors?
Thanks

You may find that painting the gasket on both sides with aluminium paint then assembling it when wet and allowing to dry, will solve your problem. Its a pretty common one with these tractors.
