Dave -- I always thought Fordson wrenches were scarce until I started using eBay. Then they began coming out of the woodwork as folks cleaned out Grandpa"s toolbox or finally looked behind the workbench in the toolroom. Then I realized that certain wrenches are rarer than others, and even many Fordson enthusiasts don"t know the nuances involved (myself included, from time to time). The S-handled wrench in the eBay auction you posted in your message (seller is one david21062 -- is this your auction, perhaps?) is generally known as a Westcott wrench, because that"s the company that invented that style of wrench (like Crescent or Stillson wrenches were named after their creators). Keystone had the contract to supply Fordson with Westcott wrenches for their tractor tool kits for several years; in fact, most of the ones you find are made by Keystone and have a solid handle like the one pictured in the auction listing. Some have a solid handle, some a "ventilated" handle (see auction #160075554451) with one large or three small "vents," others have a plain handle but have the Fordson logo stamped into the cheek of the wrench, and still others have a snail cast into the handle. It"s very common for these wrenches to have damage from having been used as a hammer; in the worst cases, the jaws will not slide due to the end having been mushroomed. Implicit in your query is the question of monetary value; I"ll say what I"ve said here before (with credit to my grandfather for his brand of folksy wisdom): "It"s not what it"s worth, it"s what it"ll fetch!" HTH. -- Maine Fordson
