Anyone know if there is any flow control valve or oriface for the hydraulics, threepoint raises really slow irrespective if it is carrying my 2 furrow reversible or not? Suspect pump and or suction filter! Cheers

I have a '62. Under the seat, to the right, there should be a short lever that has two positions. One of those positions is for draft control, and the other for using implements where draft control is not necessary. It is this latter position you want to find and keep your lever there. I am away from the tractor right now and don't remember where I have mine set. I used to have trouble getting my hydraulics to work properly until I got this lever in the right position. If you haven't done so, you might try playing with this and see if it makes a difference.

Well, without majorman we seem to be missing our all knowing spirit. But I"ll answer best I can to what comes up. I have a 61 major and I don"t believe there is a flow valve on it. But on my 64 super major I know there is one. It is under the seat in the front of the housing. You screw it in to adjust the flow, mainly used for letting down implements slow. It is possible that someone tapped your 62 and made some modification, but doubtfull. More likely, you have low fluid or something blocking the flow.
