I need to buy a set of valves for a 1938 Fordson N. Where can I buy these ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I had another thought on the valve question that I answered recently....as I thought about the size a little more, I think that the valve stem is 1/32 larger on the late model Fordsons instead of 1/16. I was only able to purchase the smaller stem size and guide. When I installed the guide, I polished it in a drill press first, then put some stud locker on the outside to make sure it stays in place. There will probably be a flange on the old guide which is not on the new one. I made a flange out of a large washer so that my spring would have about the same compression as it originally had. You will also have to set the clearance to the lifter by grinding the valve stem off or possibly grinding a new seat in the engine to get the correct clearance. Hope this helps.

I purchased a valve from the Fordson House in Michigan for a 1936 N a couple of months ago. The only problem you will have is that the new valve stem is 1/16(?) smaller so you have to replace the guide also. The guide can be tapped out from the top. You may also have to polish the outside diameter to get a good fit, the one I had was a little oversized. The Fordson House's number is 906-786-5120
