Sorry guys a very simple one this..... ....having trouble starting my Dexta. On depressing the starter handle I get just a click. Previously renewed the volatge reg. Is it likely to be this again or the starter motor? Battery is fine. Anyone else experienced this?

Did you check the solinoid. It could be that. Are all your connections tight. A lose connection could cause problems as well. Take a wire, with both ends clean, and touch the solinoid on both ends with the starter handle down. If the tractor starts, then it is the solinoid.
