next is that after i changed the trans-hidraulic oil into 10-30 super tractoral the hydraulic does'nt work, that is after i washed the oil bath with few kind of gas.
thank you

Zvika,
Where is the diesel not coming out of? Is it where the injector pipe fits to the pump? Is it out of the pipe itself? or have you taken an injector out and found that it does not spray?
If it is not coming out of the pump, does the engine run on the other three cylinders. If it does you may have a pump problem that is possibly only fixable by a specialist pump repairer.
If it is an injector fault, you may be able to fix it yourself but setting it up might be a problem. Working on injectors is also dangerous as the spray can easily pass through your skin and into your body and humans don't run well on diesel!Be careful.
The hydraulics should work on the oil youare useing. Check that you have the pto in gear. We have all done that. Next check the filter underneath. Four bolt around a plate with a drain in the centre. If you have cleaned the system by flushing you may have blocked this filter. What did you use to flush? You may have caused the "O" rings to fail by making them hard and brittle.
Get back to us. Oscar,Don and Steven will also come up with ideas I am sure.
regards
Brian

Brian thanks,

I found that the problem with the injection pump was that the two bearing was somewhat brokenso and camshaft tended to the front, so it could'nt reach the forth injector pump , i'm replacing them and still looking for them in the market, I did not operated the fordson yet so there is nothing new with the hydrulics.
thanks again,
zvika

I agree with Brian on the injector and hyd. problems. Also, when I changed hyd oil in this last tractor I bought I found the intake screen hopelessly collapsed from trying to suck up oil while it was plugged. I just took it out and run without the screen now. Probably not the best idea but couldn't get a new screen. Also, I use GL-5 80W-90 gear lube in the trans, hyd, and rear end. I think this is more like the oil the tractors used to have originally. It works fine, even in winter. Lighter oil might not be heavy enough to lubricate sufficiently if the tractor is pulled hard. Probably fine for light duty work.

I see you guys have already gone over the hyd oil viscosity question previously. I still tend to favor the heavier gear oil. I was at a farm auction where they sold a 1982? WFE 2-105 tractor. It had a fresh trans and rear end rebuild at 3300+ hours. The owner said they ran the universal oil in it instead of gear lube just as was recommended in the owners manual. Older models of this tractor had recommended gear lube. White later changed their mind and said that the lighter oil was not OK and sent word to the dealers to inform customers but this man's dealer had gone out of business so he didn't get notified. Just something to consider. I think this guy could have torn up anything no matter what kind of oil he used.
