I am going by memory but I think heres what you do. 1, there should be a bleeder bolt or screw on top of the fuel filter canister.Loosen the bolt and pump the fuel pump untill the fuel runs out with no bubbles, then tighten bolt. 2, on the side of the injector pump facing you when you are looking at the injector punp there is what looks like a bolt at the top face of the inj pump. I think its located just below the 2 middle injector lines on the pump. This is the injector pump gallery bleader bolt. Remove the bolt, I think it takes a half inch wrench, and pump the fuel pump as you did to bleed the filter canister. Bleed the injector pump gallery until fuel is clear of bubbles, then tighten bolt. 3, Then loosen the injector lines at the injectors slightly and crank engine untill fuel drips from each line, then tighten the lines and try to start the tractor up. It should start ,but may miss for a little untill all air is pushed from the injector system. One word of warning, when the lines at the injectors are loose, keep hands away from them while the engine is turning to avoid getting fuel injected into your skin. I hope this helps you out, Bill in Mich

Jeff,
You should be running again now if you followed Bill's advise. Just a thought. If you have a Minimec pump and have been trying to start after running out of fuel, by using the excess fuel button, sometimes these stick and the engine will not start. Pull the stop control a couple of times, then grip the button with your fingers and make sure it is fully out.
regards
Brian.
