Jerky lift

Hi again everyone

Yesterday I welded up a quick rear blade for the FMD (ASP for those of you with long memories!). Finally it has started to snow properly and at last I have at least the possibility to shift it with the tractor.

This is the first time I have used the tractor in a long while, and I notice that the lift is very jerky and sometimes doesn't lift at all. I changed the ram piston seals a while back but used it a fair amount after that without any 'jerkyness'. Could it simply be that the rear transmission oil level is a bit low? I seem to remember that one of the valves had a slightly worn shaft (kind of like ridges on the body). Could that be the problem also?

Many thanks

J-P

PS For those of you that have my home email, it's not working at the moment :-(
