It seems the problem we have been having is a 'known issue' with Outlook and Outlook Express, when replying to emails in HTML format. There is an article in the Microsoft knowledge base at:

Perhaps if you have the time (and are not too frustrated by now!) you could kindly re-send your latest reply in plain text format rather than html (From the Outlook menu bar take Format -> Plain Text).
I really hope we can get this problem licked. I was really looking forward to your email, and was very disappointed when it turned out to be another blank... Kind regards J-P
