I currently rebuilding my Dexta and I took the flywheel off without marking how it came off. I have a friend that says it won't matter as they only will go on one way. Can anyone tell me if I have made a mistake with all the timing that is involved. I've truely loved reading about everyones tractors and there problems. I'm new in this discussing board and am hoping to make some new friends.
Thanks Cap

I was hoping someone knowledgeable would answer this because I did the same thing and bolted the flywheel back on without checking for any marks, and then reassembled the tractor. If its any consolation-my tractor seems to run fine.

Thanks for your information. I got my manuel out and it told me about all the timing marks and it had me a little worried. I went back out to the garage and looked it over carefully and it looks like it will only go on one way. Thanks for answering. I'm new to this site and am looking forward to talking with all the Fordson fans.
