Simms injection pump timing

Hi everyone,
I own a fordson dexta,with simms inj. pump,and I
want to know correct method for injection pump
timing....which mark on flywheel i must use:SPILL or TDC.....
please help me.....

Spill.

If it had vacuum govnor it sets on 26BTC and if its mechanical govnor it sets on 20BTC degrees.

The reason I gave you both numbers is that late production Dexta and all Super Dexta flywheels had both of the spill marks and are interchangable from one engine to the other.
