Just about all the model T ignition parts are interchangeable. The coil boxes mount differently but can be adapted. Just a word of caution, the ceramic standoffs and studs behind the coil box are not all the same length. If studs and ceramics are too long, they will short out against the block. When ordering from a Model T supply house, make sure you stipulate that you need the short studs and matching ceramics. If you order from Langs Model T Parts in Winchendon, MA, they will know exactly what you are talking about. They have some used Model T coil box covers, early and late. These are all interchangeable with the Fordson boxes. If you need to replace the floats in the air washer, use the A14650 by Purolator. I discovered it a couple of years ago and posted it around the world for fellow Fordson enthusiasts. If interested I'll give you step by step instructions to make it work better than the original. Good luck, RLL

Marv,

You might try MAC's Antique Auto Parts, www.macsautoparts.com, 1-800-777-0948. They have a great catalog of Model T parts and it contains the coil box, separate wood panels w/contacts or w/o plus wiring w/old brass fittings. Not sure if the wiring will fit Fordson, but would think coil box would. just call and give them dimensions.

Good Luck.

Bob

You can get most of that from the Fordson House in Escanaba, Michigan. The phone number is 906-786-5120.
