Howdy all

I finally got to all the stuff I had to do over the weekend. I drained and refilled the radiator on my Super Dexta (as mentioned in a previous post), but this weekend was the real test. I bought a 6 ft. King Kutter rotary cutter and hung it on the rear and cut two acres plus. Our lower field was a real jungle, with thick grass and weeds at close to 18" high.

Not only did the tractor breeze through the thick foliage, but it did not overheat. The guy at our local Farm and Country store warned me that it might bog down in thick grass, but it had no trouble at all. I have a few pictures,if anyone is interested, and will post them on the tractor section of my webpage in the next day or so.

Thanks to all who offered suggestions. Flushing the radiator and blowing it out with compressed air (thanks Burrhead) did the trick.

Bill
