How is the best way to rid the rear end of condensation. I changed the oil once and it still shows signs of water in the oil.

If you really want to get rid of the indications of water in the rear end, it will take two to three flushes with fresh oil to rid the signs of water. The reason is that the "old" oil can reside in the cavities of the axles, and with continued use, will mix with the "new" oil and give indications of water in the oil.
I solved the problem on my "53 FMD by taking off the top plate that covers the rear end and manually wiping out the oil in the axle cavities. I also found a lot of sludge in the bottom of the rear end housing and was abvle to clean that out as well.
