Second valve chest to control aux. hydraulic port?

I've got a 58 Power Major, and in the owners manual it states that if you want to control the auxillary port (jack tapping?) without lifting and dropping the 3pt you can fit an "additional valve chest"...

This would seem to be a useful thing to do, but I can't see how a second standard chest would mate up with bolt holes, oil ways etc etc etc.

None of this is mentioned in my Intertec manual.

Has anyone out there ever done this?

Chris,
It was not the same valve chest as fitted as standard. The standard one has the fittings for the cylinder on the rear. The front plate of the existing one was removed and the second unit fitted. I have been around Fordsons in the UK for nearly 40 years and have only seen a handfull fitted up.
Regards
Brian
