Good morning allFor many of you I suppose this would be a minor incident, but for me it is a bit of an accomplishment. I posted last week about the fuel stop cable on my 1963 Super Dexta breaking. After looking around a bit, I actually found a person at a Ford dealer who was at least a little bit familiar with this tractor, and got me the right part. Then, even better, I was able to disassemble the control panel on the tractor, remove the broken cable, and install the new one without any unexpected, time consuming, expense incurring delays. It all came apart, and went back together like it was some sort of fantasy. I was even able to get my larger than average hands in to work on things, which is very unusual for me. I did find the abode of some rodent of years past. The cavity between the sheet metal covers forward of the control panel was PACKED with nesting and nut shells. I can only hope that future repairs will go as easily (but I'm not expecting it). Bill
