According to my reprinted Fordson manual: 0.020" between push rod and valve stem. Maximum clearance is noted as 1/32" (0.0312") with a minimum of 1/64" (0.0156"). Have them do a thorough check of the spring retainers if you plan to re-use the old ones. I had the #2 exhaust valve pull through the retainer causing the valve to fail to open. A dead miss was the result.
