Someone must have set up a dexta dual clutch without the special service tools described in the manual. If you have done this successfully, I would dearly like to hear how you managed it. How are the finger adjustment bolt heights determined & from where are the measurements taken? What height difference is there between the pto finger bolts & the transmission finger bolts. Are there a standard set of distances for these measurements? Is anyone aware of contact details for any company that still assembles these units for sale? ( these people would be able to set me straight on the above questions ? ) I would be most appreciative of any help or suggestions. Cheers.. Paul in Oz.

Paul, Can't help you re setting up without correct service tools, but if you needa new unit find your local Sparex dealer. Sparex do quality after market parts for tractors, and can supply a new clutch unit for your Dexta. Fairly expensive though at around 400 pounds sterling.
Peter.

Don't know where you are from but Essex Ford New Holland in Essex Ontario Canada has the tools to set up your clutch. They did a good job on my Super Major clutch.
