Make sure the pump inlet screen isn’t plugged up with ice, sludge, etc.

not all super majors have a dual clutch but the pto has to be turning it possibly is a sticky valve. try levering the top link yoke with a bar to activate the draft control plunger it might shift something.otherwise is the knob in front of the seat in (in for lift arms out for external hyd if fitted)

When I first purchased my Super Major I had the same problem. Turned out that my auxilary spool has detents in forward and reverse. When the lever is in any position other than centered the lift arms will not operate. And of course the lever on the aux is in such a position that if you move your right leg you almost always engage it.

I had the same problem with my Super Major. I found that the unloading valve was sticking. After replacing the o-ring on the valve the hydraulics work perfectly. If you have a service manual, it will explain the procedure. Good luck.

The power take off has to be engaged for the 3 point lift to work. It is the lever on the left side of the transmission housing near the steering arm. Clutch pedal has to be depressed all the way down when you try to move the lever. I believe Super has a two stage clutch.

Thanks for all the input guys, The problems was that the lift cylinder, located under the top cover, was completely sheared off. It was just hanging by one semi sheared off bolt. A new one has been installed, and it is working. However the 3 point quadrant lever needs some adjustment. Thats a job that can wait untill the weather warms up a bit. Thanks for all the input.
