Hello.

Im trying to find a proofmeter for my '59 Dexta in the USA. I haven't been able to find one as of yet. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also, if anyone can tell me where to put lift fluid in it, id appreciate that also. The I&T manual says on the left side of the rear axle center housing, but i dont know what they mean by that.

Thanks
Greyson

Hi Greyson, Tony is absolutely correct. The fill plug is on top of the rear axle, just to the right and behind the center of the seat. You might want to check that the fill level is correct while you are filling. That can be accomplished by removing a 5/16" pipe plug by the PTO engagement lever. It's full when oil starts to come out. Good Luck

as far as filling the rear, stand behind the tractor and just to the right of the seat on the housing you'll see a plug. It a round soft metal with I think an 11/16 or 13/16 inch nut.
