This spring I added new oil to the hydraulic system of my CASE 190. It sat for two or three
weeks due to a bad set of points. Now it will
not move in either direction. I know the main
hydraulic pump works because I can raise and lower the mower deck. Does anyone have any idea
what might be wrong?

I hope its not in neutral. The list can be long as to what to check. It could be the bolts that hold the differencial together, but you should be able to get some notion of movement in either hi or lo range. Could be the main relief for the drive circuit which is different from the lift. It could be the lock valve on the hyd drive motor or the hyd drive motor. These are just a few of the items and thats why I started it off about the neutral joke. Good luck.

Thanks, Max. I just remembered I had asked the question today and decided to see if anyone had responded. I'm sure it's not in neutral-will check other options.
