Flywheels off! magnets loose

I finally managed to get the flywheel off of the 13HP B&S engine on the Roper tractor we're working on. Didn't resort to a flywheel knocker, which the author of one book I read said could cause damage to crankshaft and/or crankcase. Instead, used a puller with Grade 8 bolts, an impact wrench, and whacked the puller shank after it was torqued down. Popped right off, a little anti-climactically. But three of the alternator magnets inside the flywheel fell off. Any recommendations of what to use to glue them back on with?

J-B Weld.....Not the quick weld...
Make sure you have the North and south where they belong.....
Look close ...You should be able to see where the magnets went and witch way...

Thanks for the suggestion. JB Weld sounds like a good choice. (I think it is basically epoxy with a high metal content.) I suppose I could use the strong, slow setting Duco epoxy I have. Are there two different versions of JB Weld? I've only ever seen one type for sale.
The magnets alternate N & S around the flywheel. I checked them with a separate rod magnet I had on hand. The original positions are really obvious.
