I am in the process of restoring a DB super power walk behind tractor. I was thinking of going through the gearbox of the tractor, not that its doing anything funny or making noises, I just thought if Im redoing it I might as well do it all. How hard are they to rebuilt, can I still get bearings and seals for it? Or should I just leave it alone and repaint it (if its not broke dont fix it right). Also can someone please tell me there is or was ever a over size piston made for the briggs model 8 (need 10 over), I have looked every place I knew and have not found one. Any help is greatly appriciated.
