My 5-hp BS on my garden tiller seems not to be getting fuel. As long as I squirt starting fluid into the carburator, it will run which leads me to believe it is not getting fuel.

Have tried to take carburator off but after taking the screws (3) out from the top of the tank, the carburator turns about a quarter inch and stops. Afraid to force. Any suggestons on how to remove from the fuel tank?

After removing 3 screws Carb. should just lift out of tank. Sounds like you need a new diaphram if you are not getting fuel in the way you describe. Oblong plate on the side of the Carb.
4 screws if I remember. You can change this without removing the Carb. Probably a couple bucks. Watch for the spring behind diaphram.
