Can anybody help me with the removel of a rear axle shaft. I have the case opened and cannot figure out how to remove the small pin that holds in the cross pin and spiders. Any help would be appricated.
Thanks
Randy

Randy, Its been a while since I have removed axles on a Cub but if I remember right you do not remove that pin. There are "c" type clips on the ends of each axle shaft, if you push in on the end of an axle shaft(from the hub end) you should see the clip, remove the clip and the axel slides out. It ends up being very simple. Last time I did it I forgot about the clips and spent hours trying to figure out how to get that pin out, I then looked in the manual, duh, and saw there was room to push in the shaft to get to the clips. My memory could be a little off but I think that is the way it works. I am sure if it is not some else will chime in. I will check my manual when I get home to be sure if no one else responds.
